Library Time

All libraries around my area no longer seem to be the peaceful quiet place they used to be.

I know that people need playgroups for their children but surely this needs to be during the week and not at weekends.

I believe this should be the case because students go there to study and adults go there for quiet time to sit and read a book, however this no longer seems to be available.

Since libraries can find time for the children to sing and shout at the top of their lungs, maybe they could find time for us, those who have different needs?

I understand the funding needs for this, but perhaps they could send out questionnaires to get the public's views on the situation.

Please tell me in the comments if and why you agree/disagree with me.
